Weekly arrivals and departures are always on Saturdays.
All guests are required to purchase a CSA Damage Insurance Policy, which costs $59 and covers up to $1,500 in damage. Guests' reservation will be canceled if this damage insurance is not purchased. Once the reservation has been made, guests will be sent an invitation to purchase the damage insurance, and once purchased, guests must send the confirmation of the insurance policy to the hosts.
