The Covid Tracer QR code is available for guests to scan to their app on their phone. Guests are provided with hand sanitiser. In between bookings a thorough clean is carried out following government advised protocol. We give our guests space but are available when needed. Reception hours are between 8am and 10am and between 5pm and 7pm. We can be contacted by mobile phone if needed during the day. We are usually at home, working on the orchard.

While visiting Katikati, glampers should be sure to spend a day hiking at the Kaimai-Mamaku Forest Park, where local wildlife can be seen as well as some historic logging and mining sites. On Friday nights, there is a Katikati Farmer's Market, where glampers can purchase fresh produce to take back to the property and prepare. Waihi Beach is a nearby surfing spot and the Hauraki Rail Trail at Karangahake Gorge is a great spot for a cycling tour. Guests can also enjoy perfect views of the Milky Way and can count shooting stars from the peaceful orchard without the light pollution of the town.
