The island is very peaceful and boasts stunning beaches and guests will love that the bedrooms have large windows that capture the amazing views of the bay.
Glampers will have access to private bathroom facilities and there is also a full kitchen in the main cottage where guests can cook up a storm. Dining is on offer both inside and out as there is a large deck that is beautifully furnished for both sunbathing and eating under the stars.

Glampers will also find three dining options on the island where they can enjoy meals out. While on the island, guests should take a visit to the historic Mansion House which is Governor Grey’s former mansion. It is home to beautiful grounds and there are many exotic plants and trees. The hosts also recommend a visit to the Coppermine ruins, School House Bay, and Bostaquet Bay where guests will find two huge trees that formed the entrance to the banquet hall where a tribe of Maori once resided—perfect for culture and history lovers!
