Yurt • 3 guests • Kitchen
This cozy yurt is nestled within ancient Cornish stone walls in the Cornwall Region of England. Its canvas walls build into a grand high ceiling, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Turkish Kilim rugs and Indian prints bring the yurt to life with bright colors and authentic accents. It can accommodate up to three guests. A double bed welcomes guests home after a day spent exploring the surrounding landscape. Bathroom facilities are shared and linens are provided.
Kitchen equipment includes a fridge, a coffeemaker, a juicer, a stove, a toaster, and a tea kettle, as well as general cookware. The dining table seats two, and a wood-burning fireplace provides warmth on cooler nights.
Glampers will enjoy an abundance of facilities during their stay. The property is proud to be eco-friendly and strongly encourages the practice of composting. There are multiple compost heaps scattered throughout the grounds, and guests are asked to contribute any uncooked food or peelings. Leftover cooked food, on the other hand, can be fed to the chickens. There are 25 chickens on this site and they provide fresh golden eggs to the guests. The shared toilet facilities are also composts, which is a system that uses little to no water. Non-compostable items may be recycled in labeled bins. A free box of firewood is provided to help glampers keep warm on colder nights.
Linens are provided, however guests should bring their own towels.
