This fantastic, secluded cabin is located near the Upper Delaware River in the Catskill Mountains near East Branch, New York, and can accommodate up to 40 guests, making it ideal for large group getaways, weddings, and events. This large, one-building estate features three separate units with 17 bedrooms and 12 full-size bathrooms in total. The property consists of the main living area, one bedroom unit, and a five bedrooms unit.

The main living area has 11 bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and two twin cubbie beds with a private bathroom. In addition, there is a king-size bedroom with a private bathroom; two full-size bedrooms with a private bathroom; five full-size bedrooms; one queen-size bedroom with a wheelchair-accessible private bathroom; and a bunk room with two bunk beds.

The one-bedroom unit has a queen-size bedroom, a private bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a pull-out sofa. Meanwhile, the five-bedroom unit has five queen-size bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area, three bathrooms, and a living room.

In the main living area, guests will find the fully-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a double oven, an eight-burner stove, a microwave, a toaster oven. a coffeemaker, and a dishwasher. There is plenty of counter top space for food preparation and guests will have full use of the utensils, dishes, and crockery on-site. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stool seating and there are several dining tables with enough seating for everyone. The dining area is kept cozy with a toasty fireplace and a television. Adjacent to the dining area, there is a bar area with a pool table.

The grounds have an above ground pool with large deck, open fields with a badminton net, and a magnificent fire pit with lots of seats surrounding it.
