The main house has a master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed with a private seating area, a toasty fireplace, and a private bathroom located on the main floor. The lower level has two bedrooms with a private seating area off the large spa room, which has an indoor sauna, a hot tub, and an exercise room. The first bedroom is a private king bedroom room with a private bathroom, which has a shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with the spa room. On the third floor are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub and a shower. The first bedroom has a king-size bedroom that overlooks the valley, and the second bedroom has a twin trundle bed with its own private balcony.

The living room in the main house has two sofas, an armchair, a toasty fireplace, and a flat-screen cable television. Near the living room, guests will find the fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a dishwasher. There is plenty of counter-top space for food preparation and guests will have full use of the utensils, dishes, and crockery on-site. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stool seating and there are several dining tables with enough seating for everyone.

The three-bedroom cottage is a two-story cabin with its own private kitchen, as well as a dining room and a living room with a pull-out sofa. The first floor has two queen-size bedrooms that share a full bathroom, which comes with a shower. The second floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The entertainment lodge is broken up into two sections. The main section has the large open great room, which includes a large kitchen with a refrigerator, two ovens, a six-burner stove, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. The great room also has a pool table and a seating area with a large flat-screen television. Off the great room are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, which has a steam shower. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin bunk beds. Off the back of the entertainment lodge is a one-bedroom suite that has its own private kitchen and shared bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the open suite area has a full bed and a queen-size bed.

Linens and bath towels are provided by the host. The host does not supply towels for the pool or hot tub. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning.

Outside, guests will find that each building has a private front patio with an outdoor setting. At the back of the property, there is a spacious swimming pool that can be heated at an additional cost. Chaise lounges surround the pool, and there is a comfortable wading pool attached to it.
