Your deck features two Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy watching the beauty of nature around you, especially the outstanding sunsets. Sharing all the beautiful rustic scenery, flowers, and wildlife will bring you even closer to nature.

Relax in a hammock for two, enjoying the serenity of nature amidst the tranquility of the mountains and pristine air, while listening to a babbling brook or stargazing under the clear night sky. Find your sanctuary in the heart of the forest, surrounded by towering evergreens and the soothing sounds of nature. Hike through our 25 acres of property while enjoying a panoramic view of the mountainous terrain.

Indulge your culinary passions in our community kitchenette, featuring a full-size refrigerator stocked with water and ice, a microwave, toaster oven, waffle iron, Keurig coffee maker, propane grill and a large table with seating. Make your favorite meals right on-site or visit some of the many first-rate restaurants nearby. You can also enjoy some of the wine and/or beer trails nearby. For you avid golfers, we are about 10 minutes away from the regions premier golf course, Oneonta Country Club and about 40 minutes from the famous Leatherstocking Golf Course.

You can make this an Experiential Glamping retreat by helping on the farm with planting, harvesting, grooming, etc. bringing some extra excitement to your stay!

And if you have a little leaguer at one of the baseball camps, not only are we only 8 minutes away from Cooperstown Allstar Village and just 30 minutes away from Cooperstown Dreams Park but we are also 30 minutes away from the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame (Induction day 7/27). We are also less than one hour from Glimmerglass State Park, where you can enjoy all the events of their summer festival.
