There are three unique rooms available for rent. Guests will have air conditioning and Wi-Fi in all the rooms, as well as digital locks. They are named as follows: The Blue Room, The Sage Room, and the Grand Suite and seen in the photos that follow the cabin, starting with the deck photo overlooking the lawn.

Blue Room: Recently renovated but still reminiscent of days of yore, here guests will find all the modern comforts they could want but with a touch of nostalgia. The room features a comfortable queen size bed with a hand-stitched Mennonite quilt and an en suite bathroom. There's a private sitting area with comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan for a comfortable breeze. The room is conveniently located next to all downstairs dwellings include the living room, kitchen, and sun porch as well as the shared outdoor spaces like the gardens and gazebo.

Sage Room: A perfect sleep awaits here on this first-floor room which boasts a romantic queen size sleigh bed with a "Boston Commons" quilt. There are two Queen Anne style reclining chairs, a working fireplace, and an attached bath offering privacy and comfort. Guests will be able to access the nearby living room, kitchen, and sun porch or slip outside to the shared spaces.

Grand Suite: Spacious and serene. Take the whole upstairs floor and step out onto the balcony overlooking the beautiful Benton Valley. There are separate sleeping and sitting areas providing guests with plenty of space to spread out. There's a queen-sized bed in the sleeping area and the sitting room can accommodate a single bed making this room able to sleep three for an extra fee of $30 per night. Guests will find an ensuite bathroom here too as well as total temperature control with their own thermostat.
