Sofa beds can also be found in the common areas. There are four bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets, with three of them containing a bathtub too. Towels and linens are kindly provided by the host.

There is a library room with a comfy sofa, armchairs, and a rocking chair, a great place to get stuck into one of the books on the shelf while the fire blazes merrily away in the hearth. In the living room, there's a piano for a sing-along, a telescope to admire the local wildlife and look up at the stars at night, and a wood-burning stove to keep everyone warm.
