Surrounded by 40 acres of woods, the cabin provides guests with a tranquil natural setting in which to relax and reconnect to the great outdoors. Within a 15-minute drive, guests can reach Esopus Bend Nature Preserve, Falling Waters Preserve, Bluestone Wild Forest, and the Hudson River, while a number of other natural areas can be reached within 30 minutes, such as Overlook Mountain Wild Forest, Indian Head Wilderness, Tivoli Bays State Park, and Clermont State Park.

Meanwhile, the shops and restaurants of downtown Saugerties are just a seven-minute drive away. Here, guests will also find the HITS equestrian show series. Other local attractions include the Woodstock Museum, the Opus 40 stone-sculpture park, and Hunter Mountain Ski Resort.
