This is a one of a kind late 1800s Dutch barn vacation rental located in the Catskills, just two hours from New York City. We can accommodate up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms: the master is on an open upper floor with a California king-sized bed. There is one queen bedroom on the second floor and another queen bedroom on the ground floor. The barn has three full bathrooms with shower/ shower heads. The master bathroom on the second floor has a unique deep soak tub.

Guests will have a large full kitchen for preparing meals during their stay, complete with an oven, stove, refrigerator, and large counter space for prepping meals. We have a long dining table for all guests to sit and enjoy their meals together. The common areas on the ground level include a large corner couch for ample space when relaxing together around a wood-burning stove, TV with streaming content, as well as additional seating if one prefers somewhere quieter to read a book.

Outside, there is large private lawn and patio area for guests to sit and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. There is also an outdoor fire pit which is a lovely spot to sit at night to gaze at the stars.

There is parking on-site.

Guests will have access to Wi-Fi.

The host provides linens and towels for guests' convenience.

Guests should note that no events are permitted at the property unless otherwise discussed with owner. Any large gatherings or events will incur additional charges at the owner and manager’s discretion, and/or all guests will be asked to leave the property.
