The rental features five bedrooms and four bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 people with a total of 2000 square feet. There is one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, one double-size bed, and two single-size beds. Two bathrooms have a bathtub and the other two have showers. There is also another bathroom outside that is handy during summer.

The living areas in the rental are truly sublime and feature large doors that lead to the garden/patio area. There is a large sofa in the main area and smaller armchairs facing the large television. There is a fireplace on the wall to create a warm and inviting ambiance in the evenings. Beside the living area, there is a beautiful dining table that can seat up to eight people. There are also plenty of entertainment facilities in the rental including cable/satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player, a stereo, a VCR player, and books.
