This cabin is on the western shore of Big Moose Lake in the Adirondack State Park. It's the perfect location for family vacations to be enjoyed while swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking.
The cabin has excellent views, a flat, grassy front yard, and a great dock for swimming, sunbathing, or fishing. It is comfortably furnished with many of the conveniences of a home including a washer/ dryer. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds each, and the larger room has a queen-sized bed. Situated off the front deck and overlooking the lake is a picnic table for outdoor dinners, and a large fire pit for enjoying s'mores. For the nights when barbecuing seems like too much work, it's a two-minute walk to a local restaurant, Duffy's at the Glenmore, or a 10 minute drive to the Big Moose Station.
There are 1/2 dozen hiking trails within minutes of the camp. The hamlets of Old Forge and Inlet are between 6 - 12 miles away.
