Welcome to The Guest House — your sparkling-clean retreat just one block from beautiful Lake Algonquin!

With two exceptionally comfortable queen beds, this bright, creative space sleeps 4 comfortably. Antique touches and local artwork give it plenty of Adirondack charm, while modern amenities make your stay easy and relaxing.

We happily welcome up to two well-behaved adult dogs (pet fee applies). Sorry, no cats or puppies.

Spend your days walking the scenic 3½-mile loop around Lake Algonquin, swimming at the town beach, fishing, hiking, or discovering nearby waterfalls. For day trips, you’ll find several stunning lakes within an hour’s drive — including Lake George, Blue Mountain Lake, and Saratoga Springs.

Inside:
The open-plan first floor includes a full kitchen, dining and living areas, and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix — perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Outside:
Relax on the spacious screened porch, fire up the charcoal grill, or kick back in the Adirondack chairs. You’ll be within walking distance of the lake, beach, tennis and basketball courts, an ice-cream parlor, and a handy convenience store.

Things to Note:
• There’s no washer/dryer on-site, but one is available in town.
• For your safety, an exterior camera faces the driveway.
• Guests agree to follow our house instructions and sign a short rental agreement.

Exceptionally cute, clean and comfortable. Renovated with Guests needs in mind. Great location for exploring the Southern Adirondack area. Big screened in porch for outdoor dining.
Located in the town of Wells. Walking distance to lake (1/2 block), ice cream and convenience store, tennis, basketball courts. GREAT 3.5 mile walk around the lake from this spot.
