This 1,800-square-foot, two-story glamping cottage can sleep up to six guests among its two (and one optional/possible) bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms at this luxury rental, too, one of which has a toilet and a combination bathtub and shower while the other has a toilet and a shower. All of the bedrooms have flat-screen televisions and cedar-lined closets. Both linens and towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, a Bella coffeemaker, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, cookware and tableware, and plenty of cabinets for storing all the vacation groceries. There is a glass table with chairs in a breakfast nook with large windows at one end of the kitchen, an ideal spot for sipping on a morning cup of coffee, though there is also a separate indoor dining room. Behind a set of doors, guests will find the unit’s washer and dryer, too. Guests can also eat their meals outside on the stone patio table with chairs and an umbrella, as well as grill their food outside on the barbecue.

In addition to a small sitting room, there is a sizable living room with an 18-foot high cathedral ceiling. The living room has a 64-inch television with Netflix, cable, and a DVD player, as well as a Bluetooth dock and stereo for playing music. For guests who prefer their music old school, head up to the bedroom that has a vintage record player and collection for a blast to the past.

Other amenities at this cottage include heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a hairdryer, a telephone, and parking.

There is an optional guest cottage that can accommodate an additional two guests. If interested in a vacation for eight, please tell the host in the booking request that the rental needs to include the guest cottage, and the host will send a counter offer including the additional fee for the two-person guest cottage.

During the months of July and August, this property requires a one-week minimum stay.

There is always a two-night minimum stay, but on holidays, there is a three-night minimum stay.

The daily rates for the accommodations are listed at weekend prices. Weekday stays start at $250 per night for both The Woodstock House and $190 per night for The Mill House.

There is a refundable security deposit of $350 that will be held on the guest's at the time of confirmation and released back to the guest 48 hours after check out pending no damages.
