About this place
This cabin rental is perfect for a family getaway near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and can accommodate five glampers. Inside the cabin, there are two sets of bunk beds, one of which is single and the other is a single-over-double bunk. Additionally, glampers will find ceiling fans as well as air conditioning to accommodate for warmer weather. The rental is also furnished with a table and chairs.
Outside, there is a private deck with a bench for guests to simply relax and unwind after a day spent in the great outdoors. There is a BBQ grill in front of the cabin as well. Glampers will never be short of things to do both on this campsite and in the local area, with a games room as well as plenty of ground for kids to play around. Families can also take a trip to the nearby state park or lake to enjoy numerous more activities together.
There is a general store at this glamping site where guests can stock up on firewood, ice, groceries, toys, and souvenirs. In addition, there is an on-site ATM with a 5% surcharge for credit cards.
There is a snack bar/restaurant on-site as well where glampers can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as delicious desserts including banana splits and ice cream sundaes all for a reasonable price. This is open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
There is a saltwater swimming pool at this glamping site that is chemical free. This is communal but can be rented out for private party events. Glampers will also find a large pavilion onsite which too, can be rented out.
There are two large out-houses as well as modern bathroom facilities which have coin operated showers in order to preserve water. Guests will find coin-operated washers and dryers to use during their vacation as well.
There is a recreational games room at this site that is also communal and offers guests pool tables and arcade games. This is available to book out as well for events and parties.
There are gas station facilities on site for guests to fill up their tanks for cylinders, motorhomes, and vehicles.
Wi-Fi is available for a small fee.

Rates are based on a family of four including two adults and two children. Children under the age of five are welcome to stay for free.
There is a refundable security deposit of $50 that is returned upon inspection of the rental.
There is a minimum of three-night stay during holiday weekends.
There is a $3 charge per night for heating and air conditioning which is automatically charged in peak season.
Pets are more than welcome at a $15 Pet Fee charge. Pet must be kept on a leash and owners must clean up after them. Barking and leaving pet unattended is prohibited.

Guests will have endless amounts of fun at this cabin rental as the campsite itself offers an abundance of games and area for children to run around and have a true and authentic glamping experience. Outside of the glamping site, guests will be just minutes away from a number of more attractions including bridges on Creek Road, just 10 minutes away, the Mifflinburg Buggy Museum which is 15 minutes away, and for the racecar fanatic, Beaver Springs Raceway is just 25 minutes away.
The local area is also home to the Union County Fairgrounds where exhibits are held. The Sportsman's Club is just 15 minutes away and boasts an abundance of wildlife and animals to see as well as Clyde's Peeling. For those who would like to be more active the glamping site is just 15 minutes away from fun and exhilarating ATV trails.
Bald Eagle State Forest is ideal for families to spend the day exploring where they can enjoy bike rides, hiking opportunities, and plenty of fishing. Susquehanna River is also relatively close to the campsite and offers more activities for glampers to take part in.
With the amount of woodland in the area, guests will never be short of activities to enjoy and that will definitely tire out the kids.
