Philadelphia is roughly three hours away as well as Pittsburgh and a bit closer to home is Harrisburg, which is an hour and a half away. In Harrisburg, glampers can visit the chocolate-themed amusement park, Hersheypark, visit the National Civil War Museum, relax on City Island beach, and explore the State Museum of Pennslyvania.

Outside of the glamping site, guests will be just minutes away from a number of more attractions including bridges on Creek Road, just 10 minutes away, the Mifflinburg Buggy Museum which is 15 minutes away, and for the racecar fanatic, Beaver Springs Raceway is just 25 minutes away.

The local area is also home to the Union County Fairgrounds where exhibits are held. The Sportsman's Club is just 15 minutes away and boasts an abundance of wildlife and animals to see as well as Clyde's Peeling. For those who would like to be more active the glamping site is just 15 minutes away from fun and exhilarating ATV trails.

Bald Eagle State Forest is ideal for families to spend the day exploring where they can enjoy bike rides, hiking opportunities, and plenty of fishing. Susquehanna River is also relatively close to the campsite and offers more activities for glampers to take part in.

With the amount of woodland in the area, guests will never be short of activities to enjoy and that will definitely tire out the kids.
