Inside the main house situated on the property, guests have several common areas available to further make themselves at home. There is a great room with a fireplace, where guests can gather around. The main house also features a wet bar and wine fridge. There is a games room with a poker table and plenty of board games to keep entertained. In the basement area, guests can even find classic arcade games, ping pong, and Foosball. For guests looking to decompress, there is a relaxation area, complete with yoga mats and a massage table.
Outside the main house, there is a riverfront patio and terrace, as well as a nearby campfire pavilion. Guests can also play a few traditional lawn games, or simply enjoy the picturesque wooded surroundings.

There are many activities to enjoy. If guests are looking to appreciate the nature and nearby scenery, they can visit the Fernwood Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve, or enjoy one of the many hikes around Saint Joseph River Park. A short walk into downtown Nile gives the option to catch a newly-released movie at the Wonderland Cinema. There are also a variety of restaurants to have a complete night out on the town.
If guests follow the river into its namesake town, St. Joseph, they can visit Lake Michigan. They can spend a day at Silver Beach County Park and catch some rays. or head to the town of St Joesph, take a tour of the Krasl Art Center, and stop and admire the historic Silver Beach Carousel.
