Glenham

Glenham is located in South Dakota’s Walworth County, close to the Mount Rushmore State’s border with neighboring North Dakota, and makes a good base for glampers wishing to swap the noise and chaos of urban life for the endless horizons and deep quiet of the prairie. Located near Mobridge and the Standing Rock reservation, it is close to Molstad Lake by whose shores lie the ruins of the Molstad Village archaeological site, a small fortified settlement believed to have been created by the Missouri culture. As well as the simple pleasures of communing with nature with family and friends, the lake is also popular with hunters and fishing enthusiasts, containing a wide range of species including bigmouth bass and yellow perch.
