Guests can hike, bike, or cross-country ski the many marked trails throughout the Northwoods area, from the Nicolet National Forest trails and Northern Highland State Forest trails to Oneida County trails and many others. When there is snow, guests can also go downhill skiing at the many ski resorts in the region. Big Powder Horn, Indianhead Mountain, Mount Bohemia, Whitecap Mountain, Ski Brule, and a few others are easily accessible and offer a day of family fun in the snow.
