The first master suite on the upper level has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen television, a gas fireplace, and a private bathroom with a large bathtub, a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet. The second master suite on the main level has a queen-size bed, a study with a gas fireplace, a balcony with seating, a flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a large bathtub, a dual-head walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet. The third bedroom on the lower level has a queen-size bed, a desk, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. The fourth bedroom on the lower level has a queen-size bunk bed, a desk, a flat-screen television, and shares the above-mentioned bathroom with the third bedroom. The fifth bedroom on the lower level has a queen-size bed with a twin bed overtop, and a private bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower, two sinks, and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room on the main level, guests will find a comfortable seating area with a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen satellite television, and a Blu-ray DVD player. The family room on the lower level has a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen satellite television, an Xbox gaming system, a full wet-bar with sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, an ice maker, and bar seating. Other amenities include a book collection, a stereo, a CD player, and video games.
