This spacious mountain cabin is hidden away amid the forest trees, with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, in Blue River, Colorado and can accommodate up to 17 guests.

The accommodation is home to a total of six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The master suite is located on the main floor and is equipped with a lovely king-size bed, a dark wooden dresser that holds a flat-screen TV, and double wooden doors leading out to a private deck with two lounge chairs. The ensuite bathroom plays host to a large vanity closet, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing jetted tub. The second bedroom can be found on the basement level and is home to a king-size bed adorned with wonderful bedding, twin bunk beds, as well as an ensuite bathroom equipped with a vanity closet, a walk-in shower, and a combination washer and dryer. The third and fourth bedrooms are also found at basement level and come with a king-size bed and large closets in each room. The third bathroom is shared between them and has a large vanity closet, as well as a walk-in shower. Upstairs, guests will be treated to two additional bedrooms as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the fifth bedroom, guests will find a king-size bed and a twin day bed. The sixth bedroom hosts a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a writing desk. All linen and towels are provided.

As guests make their way into the living room, they will be treated to a warm, cozy area with ample seating available in the form of comfortable leather couches and a modern lounge chair. The fireplace sits between floor-to-ceiling windows that provide an exquisite look out over the surrounding forest and the mountains in the distance. There is a small reading room that allows for a peaceful setting after a long day of adventures, and as guests pass through the room, they will be greeted by a games room that plays host to a poker table, board games, and a large flat-screen TV.

The exciting chef's kitchen is bound to be the highlight of the trip for any cooking fanatics. It boasts stunning granite counter-tops, an island with five bar stools set around it, and a full selection of high-end, stainless steel appliances, including a Legacy gas range and multi-function oven, a double-door fridge/freezer, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher.

Outside, guests will find a lovely wooden deck with ample seating available, stunning views, a private hot tub, as well as an outdoor gas grill.

A plethora of modern-day conveniences can be found at this perfect getaway accommodation. There is something to be enjoyed by every guest whether they are looking for an indoor or an outdoor experience. On the doorstep of this accommodation, guests have the opportunity to put on a pair of snowshoes or hiking boots and traipse through the surrounding forest and nearby river.

Breckenridge is a small town set at the base of the Rocky Mountains and can be found a few miles down the road. Once gold was discovered in the area, hundreds of underground mines started springing up all over, and Washington was one of the largest of these mines in the mid-1800s. A tour of the mine is available and provides a journey back in time, as well as the opportunity to learn how to pan for gold like they did back in the day.

A wide variety of hiking trails can be found in the nearby areas. Guests are encouraged to explore the Hoosier Pass Loop, gradually climbing to a continental divide crossing at 11,540 feet. The Shock Hill Trail is a mountain bike enthusiasts dream and provides miles of well-maintained trails for the entire family to enjoy.

During the winter months, the local areas become a haven for skiing fanatics, providing an extensive number of resorts and trails to venture through. Breckenridge Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Adventure Center is nestled at the base of the Ten Mile Range of the Rockies and is equipped with miles of wonderfully-groomed cross-country trails and specific snowshoe trails for guests of all abilities.

The town of Breckenridge also offers guests a plethora of quaint shops and restaurants to peruse during the day. Sipping coffee from a high up restaurant while looking out over the Rockies is something every guest should experience.
