This cozy suite is located near Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, and can accommodate up to three guests. Guests will enjoy the magnificent views from the window, as well as the peaceful tranquility in the area of this suite. This suite features one queen-size bed, one twin-over-full-size bunk bed, and one full bathroom. The full bathroom has one toilet, one sink, and one combined tub/shower. Linens and towels are provided.

In this suite, guests will find a living area with an armchair and a television. In the fully equipped kitchen, there is a microwave, an espresso and coffee maker, a dishwasher, a blender, an oven, a stove, utensils, and dishes. Glampers will enjoy being in the great outdoors while staying at this property, with activities from wildlife and bird-watching, to photography and hiking. The Colorado River courses through Parshall and is a popular spot for fishing. One of the most visited areas is the Kemp-Breeze Unit, where a short one-mile walk will take glampers to the confluence of the Williams Fork River and the Colorado River.

As soon as glampers step outside, they will be greeted with 40 acres of uninterrupted land and trails to explore, either by foot or by bike. In winter, glampers can enjoy a dog sled ride, rent a snowmobile, go tubing, or enjoy a horse-drawn sleigh ride. If glampers decide to take a day trip to Denver, they can visit the Denver Botanic Gardens, the Denver Zoo, and more. There are several modern museums, art museums, shops, and restaurants to enjoy. Glampers can also head to the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests to enjoy some incredible sights available throughout the area, as well as many hiking and biking trails.
