This property is located in Parshall, Colorado, and is just a short drive north of Green Mountain Reservoir. Glampers will experience an elevation of approximately 8,500 feet and a breathtaking panoramic view encompassing three mountain ranges, peaks, meadows, forest, and ponds, as well as being only four miles from the Williams Fork Reservoir, a popular fishing site. The Hot Sulphur State Wildlife Area and the Hot Sulphur Springs are both just a short drive east of the property, while the Colorado River courses right through Parshall and is a popular spot for visitors. Guests will find Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests only 25 miles south-east of the property, while Rocky Mountain National Park is approximately 155 miles north-east of the property. Glampers will enjoy being in the great outdoors while staying at this property, with activities from wildlife and bird-watching, to photography and hiking. The Colorado River courses through Parshall and is a popular spot for fishing. One of the most visited areas is the Kemp-Breeze Unit, where a short one-mile walk will take glampers to the confluence of the Williams Fork River and the Colorado River.

As soon as glampers step outside, they will be greeted with 40 acres of uninterrupted land and trails to explore, either by foot or by bike. In winter, glampers can enjoy a dog sled ride, rent a snowmobile, go tubing, or enjoy a horse-drawn sleigh ride. If glampers decide to take a day trip to Denver, they can visit the Denver Botanic Gardens, the Denver Zoo, and more. There are several modern museums, art museums, shops, and restaurants to enjoy. Glampers can also head to the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests to enjoy some incredible sights available throughout the area, as well as many hiking and biking trails.
