This eco-friendly cabin is located in Salida, Colorado, and can accommodate six guests. There is one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed and an attached bathroom. There is also a queen-size bed in the living room along with a queen-size sofa bed. In the handicap accessible bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a combination shower and bathtub with a bench and handrails. Linens and towels are provided.

In the wilderness-themed living room, guests will find vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a 55-inch LED cable TV with a DVD player, a cozy sofa bed, and a matching love seat. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a telephone, baseboard heating, and air conditioning.

Outside, there is a deck with a handicap accessible ramp, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, a private hot tub, a picnic table, a lawn, and two parking spaces.

Guests must sign a rental agreement upon arrival. Some important policies to note are as follows.

The minimum booking age is 21.

A four-wheel drive is recommended for winter months.

The 11 a.m. check-out time is strictly enforced and guests who stay longer will be charged an extra night's rate. Each cabin is allowed two parking spaces.

Guests are asked to keep all furniture and video equipment in their original positions.

The cabin will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. Guests are asked to keep the cabin clean during their stay and clean up before departing. Additional cleaning fees will be applied to cabins that are found to be exceptionally dirty upon check-out.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this rule will be charged $1,000 plus a cleaning fee and will be asked to leave immediately.

Fully trained pets (a maximum of 2 pets) are welcome for an additional fee. Guests are asked to keep their pets on a leash or chain while using shared spaces. Pets must be caged if left unattended and a pet-sitter may be arranged in advance. Owners should clean up after their pets and prevent them from barking and disturbing other guests. Pets that cannot be controlled must be boarded off-site. All damages done by pets are the financial responsibility of the pet owner. Any pet may be refused for any reason.

During winter months, guests can head to Monarch Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Scenic trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing can be found at Old Monarch Pass Road, and guests can go snowmobiling in the San Isabel Forest all the way to the Continental Divide. Once the snow melts, guests can explore these same paths with 4WD and ATVs. Waterdog Lake Trail is great for hiking and the Arkansas Hills Trail System offers plenty of biking trails that begin in Salida. Guests can also go ziplining, whitewater rafting, fishing, golfing, and horseback riding nearby. Tours for dog sledding, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing are all available within a short drive. While in town, guests can visit the Hot Springs, the museum, art galleries, the Riverside Park, shops, restaurants, and local wineries.
