There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a loft. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with a gas fireplace. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be pulled into two twin-sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fifth bedroom has a pair of twin-sized beds. There are two full-size sofa beds, one in the loft and one in the living room. If need be, there is a twin-sized rollaway bed stored in the home theater's closet.
The first bathroom features a steam shower and a separate jetted bathtub with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. The second and third bathrooms each come with a shower and bathtub combination, and the fourth bathroom comes with a shower. All four bathrooms also come with a toilet and a sink. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.
In the living room, guests can relax on the nice furniture as they watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace as they watch the snow fall behind the huge, floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a home theater with a DVD player and surround sound, a wet bar, and a spacious dining room. The loft contains a sofa, a TV, and a home office.
The fully-equipped kitchen features a fridge, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. Other amenities include heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable and satellite, a book collection, a computer, and a washer and dryer.
Outside, there is an upstairs balcony and a downstairs patio. The large private deck is heated year-round for guests' comfort. It comes with a gas BBQ grill and dining area, as well as a private hot tub. Guests can take a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day filled with outdoor adventure, and admire the stunning views of the majestic snow-capped mountains. Additionally, guests will have access to the hiking and skiing trails that run alongside the property.

Guests will have access to free Wi-Fi in the lodge. There is an oversized two-car garage and a large driveway with plenty of extra parking space. The driveway is heated so guests will have easier access to the lodge in the wintertime. Off-street parking space near the lodge is also available.

The lodge is close to the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, as well as several creekside nature trails. These trails are good for hiking and biking in the summer, and Nordic skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
Water lovers can spend the day fishing, boating, and canoeing on the Dillon Reservoir, or kayaking and whitewater rafting along the Blue River. Adventurers can head deep into the nearby Gore Range for hiking, climbing, and rappelling along Buffalo Mountain or Red Peak.
Winter sports fans will be near many ski resorts like Keystone for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. Keystone also offers children's programs and cooking classes.
Guests can take day trips to the nearby Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.
The park has many scenic nature trails perfect for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. The trails are also great for viewing wildlife like deer and mountain sheep, or watching birds like eagles, falcons, and burrowing owls. Guests can go climbing and rappelling in the Rocky Mountains. In the summer, they can go boating and jet-skiing on the park's many lakes. In the winter, they can head up to the slopes for skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.
Additionally, guests can take day trips to White River National Forest. They can go hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and caving. Guests will have opportunities to view wildlife like elk, bears, and mountain lions. In the summer, families can have picnics or take fishing trips to the lakes within the park. In the winter, there is an ice skating rink, and slopes for skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, and snow tubing.
Guests can take road trips to Denver and Boulder, Colorado's two major cities, for tours and sightseeing. Both cities offer plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as museums and art galleries. Families can take their kids to a zoo and botanical gardens in Denver. Couples and groups can attend concerts at the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder.
