This spacious, secluded camping yurt is nestled away on the majestic ski slopes amid the sweeping foothills of Moose Mountain near Fairbanks, Alaska, and can comfortably accommodate six glampers in the three bedrooms and one bathroom available. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed adorned with plush bedding that the hosts provide, while the second bedroom comes with two twin-size beds with the same quality linen. The third bedroom is located in the loft and comes with a beautifully decorated double bed. The full bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a shower/bathtub combination. Towels and linen are provided.
As guests move through to the living room, they will be treated to a wonderfully spacious area complete with a couple of comfortable sofas that guests can relax on while reading a book or watching a show on the TV. The entrance to the fully-equipped kitchen comes with a marble-top island with a couple of chairs for glampers to enjoy a meal on, while the kitchen itself features all the necessary appliances including an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils.
As glampers venture outside, they will find a beautiful ski slope where they can pop on a pair of skis or a snowboard and hit the terrain from the doorstep of the yurt.
This lovely property comes with a number of conveniences designed to provide a comfortable stay for all guests. Some of these amenities include indoor heating, a television with satellite channels, internet to keep guests connected, comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living area, as well as provided linen and towels. A washing machine and clothes dryer are also available.
Outside, glampers will have direct access to the ski slopes from the doorstep, as well as hiking and biking trails, as well as a shared, outdoor hot tub.

This breathtaking area comes with a wide array of activities all year round. In the winter, guests can enjoy a host of winter sports including downhill skiing at the nearby Moose Mountain Resort which can be accessed from the doorstep of the property. With 1,300 feet of vertical slopes, this resort is more suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers but offers a thrilling experience for all glampers. For a truly magical experience, glampers can venture a little further away from the accommodation and hop on a dog sled ride that will take guests through the picturesque forest. There is also the opportunity to explore the area on a snowmobile trip or, those looking to relax, can kick back and rejuvenate in the warm waters of the Chena Hot Springs.
During the summer, guests will find wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails that come with stunning views of the Goldstream Valley. Guests can also keep cool bathing in the Chena River or try their luck at panning for gold. A cultural haven, glampers in this area will be treated to many local art galleries, historical sites, and museums.
