This stunning log cabin rental with glacier views and beach access is situated near Haines, Alaska, and can accommodate up to six guests. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom in this rustic cabin getaway. The open floor plan features a partitioned master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus an open loft with two twin-size beds and two trundle beds. The bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a shower with non-potable water. Linens, towels, and 15 gallons of drinking water are provided by the host. The jugs of drinking water can be refilled at the local spring.

In the living area, guests will find a large plush sofa that can be converted into a queen-size bed if guests require additional sleeping space. Guests can watch their favorite shows and movies on the cable TV with a DVD player and video library, cozy up with a good book from the provided selection, or play music on the stereo system with a music library. The kitchen is equipped with an array of cooking and serving utensils and all of the modern appliances guests might need to feel at home during their stay. Guests can enjoy meals around the beautiful wooden picnic-style dining table with seating for six people.

Outside, guests will have their own private outdoor deck with a barbecue grill, seating, and an oil heater to stay warm on chilly evenings. There is also a separate wood-burning log sauna perfect for relaxing after a long hike. Hand-hewn steps and a trail lead directly from the cabin to the picturesque beach below where guests can build waterfront bonfires.

Guests will be able to immerse themselves in the tranquility of their rustic surroundings while still enjoying access to modern amenities and conveniences during their stay.
