Located on the sloping hillside across the street from the cafe', this sunny yellow house will greet you with a warming glow as you enter in.
At almost 1,100 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, heating/ac, a full kitchen, washer/dryer (bring your own detergent or you can request some), and very spacious living and dining room areas, you have plenty of room to enjoy each other's company.
Meander down to the Trinity River on the cafe' side or enjoy the garden and mountain views from your living room.
Although it is attached to another cottage, it does not share any inside spaces.
It is one of two of our pet-friendly accommodations (the other being the cottage next door).
Must notify the host prior to arrival if bringing a pet. The pet must be well-behaved and non-destructive. Absolutely no pets with fleas are allowed.
Although we love animals, pets are not allowed down by the river's edge on the side of the property out of respect for other guests.
There are other local river access areas that you can inquire about in the cafe', and there is a very spacious and beautiful lawn area on our park side that they are free to enjoy, along with lots of beautiful hiking areas nearby.
It is required that your pet be on a leash at all times and that you pick up after your pet.
Cleaning fee is $80.
Pet cleaning fee is $20/pet/night.

Glampers can try their hand at snatching up some steelhead, salmon, and German brown fish. With over 260 species, this area is a bird watcher’s paradise. While sipping on a steamy cup of coffee, first thing in the morning from the comfort of the deck, glampers may spot bald eagles, blue heron, merganser, stellar jays, turkey vultures, sharp-shinned hawks, rufous hummingbirds, golden eagles, and more.
Guests should not miss out on the other fun activities to experience, including hunting, kayaking, and canoeing right at the heart of the river, to hiking and biking on the beautiful trails. Bringing a camera or mobile device with a good camera is a must for capturing some great action shots and picturesque scenery. Guests should make sure to visit the Trinity Alps Chamber Music Festival during the summer months.

Rates are based on double occupancy. For more than two guests, there is a $10 fee per person per night.
Private dinners can be arranged for $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. This includes a glass of wine or pint of beer and dessert. Reservations for private dinners MUST be made at time of reservation or at least a week in advance of arrival.
