This unique cabin rental with lake views and beach access in Tahoe City, California, is located in a private community. Inside, there are tall slanted ceilings and expansive, two story windows that provide lots of natural sunlight.
This rental can accommodate eight guests comfortably. The main level has two bedrooms, each furnished with two twin beds. These rooms are perfect for children or close friends who want to share a room but not a bed! There are reading lamps and alarm clocks too. A full bathroom is shared on the main level. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, wood-beamed ceiling, and private television. The second level has its own full bathroom.

The living area is ideal for relaxing after a long day. There is a wood burning fireplace and a flatscreen TV complete with cable and a DVD player. Sliding glass doors open to the deck where there is a dining table and chairs for lounging and where Lake Tahoe is visible in the distance. The loft upstairs overlooks the living room and has a foosball table. The sofa bed provides extra sleeping options.

Nestled amongst beautiful pine trees, this welcoming cabin has expansive windows that provide lots of light and stunning views of the California wilderness! The tall slanted ceilings, outdoor-themed artwork, and beautiful stone fireplace give the living room a true “cabin in the woods” environment. Sliding glass doors lead outside to the deck where there are patio furniture and a charcoal grill. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. There is a lovely wooden dining table for the whole family to eat at. Plus, there is a washer and dryer.

Guests at this cabin have access to a number of deluxe homeowner amenities including a private beach right on the lake, a swimming pool, and tennis courts that may be reserved on an hourly basis.

During winter, there are a number of ski resorts to choose from and all are just a short drive away! In addition, the surrounding state parks and national forest have opportunities for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. For guests planning a visit in early March, there is the North Lake Tahoe Snowfest! In warmer weather, guests can go for a hike or bike ride around Burton Creek State Park. Less than three miles from the house, this watershed area has over 200 acres of rolling hills and meadow areas.

Tahoe City is truly a year-round destination. There are plenty of restaurants nearby like Rosie’s Cafe, which is famous for a hearty breakfast as well as classic dinners. Jake’s on the Lake has great water views in addition to fresh fish specials. Wolfdale’s Cuisine Unique has the best happy hour ion town.
