Inside the Home
The spacious, open-concept living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking lake views, filling the room with natural light and serenity. Winter Stays
In winter, it is a cozy retreat offering panoramic lake views like few others. However, with great views come snowy adventures! A 4-wheel-drive vehicle and chains may be required to reach the property during a storm, and power outages, while rare, may limit some amenities. In case of a severe storm or highway closure, we may offer the option to reschedule your stay.

*No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to
accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
*No remove your shoes
*Home is 3 floors
*The patio furniture and BBQ will be available late May-October weather dependent.
*This home DOES NOT HAVE Air Conditioning however there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for poor air quality, COVID and winter storms since they are all beyond our control.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

Reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Refunds are not offered for cancellations made within our cancelation policy of the reservation, even dropping days. There are no refunds due, regardless of cancellation cause, including but not limited to cancellation as a result of poor snow conditions, severe weather events, poor air quality, road closures, traffic delays, early departures, illness, injury, any Covid-19 related travel decisions when there is not an active local stay at home order, or mechanical breakdown.

Guests are responsible for county fines if the property is sited during your stay. A full list of county rules are listed at the home.

If you think you might want to cancel because of smoky air conditions, COVID and winter storm conditions, or any other reason, we highly suggest you PURCHASE INSURANCE TRIP or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates.

There is parking for up to 4 cars.
