Newberg’s newest destination is located on the grounds of the oldest wood-frame Farmhouse in the area. This is the original homestead of one of the pioneer founding fathers of Newberg.

Fully fenced and secluded behind two sets of gates, the Haven is just four short blocks from the restaurants, shops, pubs, tasting rooms and grocery stores of downtown Newberg.

It is a contemporary, open-floor one bedroom, one bath guest home. It is completely fenced and backs up to a wooded area with a creek. It has not one but two gated entrances.

Private and quiet, this home has been designed with your comfort in mind. The king-size bed has a 16 inch green memory foam luxury mattress. The 58”and 32” TVs are HDTV streaming. Appliances are new and high-quality.

The open floor plan on the first floor has a large sectional sofa, a dedicated workspace, a laundry center and a full kitchen.

The owner/designer, Lauri Hines, lives in each home prior to putting it on the market to determine what amenities and features are needed to provide our guests with a wonderful stay.

She regularly returns to stay in each home to determine what updates or upgrades are required.

Our dedicated team of maintenance and cleaning professionals closely supervise each turnover and interact with our guests to make sure that we are fulfilling your expectations.

This property is a guest house on the grounds of Camellia Farmhouse, a home believed to date back to 1857; the first frame home in the area, and the homestead of one of the original Newberg pioneer families.

The property is four short blocks to the restaurants, shops, pubs and wine tasting areas of historic Newberg.

Because there are two driveways and it is a very large lot, we are able to provide fully fenced and private areas for both homes, and are pleased to now offer The Haven as a quiet, peaceful stay in the heart of Newberg.
Newberg is the gateway to the Oregon Wine country. Farm stands and wineries abound in this area.

Approximately 40 minutes to Portland, and an hour to the Oregon coast, this is an ideal location to explore the beautiful state of Oregon.
