The property accommodates up to five guests, and the bedroom comes with a king-size bed, and reading nook that can double as a twin bed.

The living room has been fitted with a cozy sofa bed that folds out to accommodate two guests. There is a spacious private bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. While the kitchen is large and modern with all utensils and appliances provided.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy meals on the decking thanks to the barbecue grill or share stories around the fire pit. The private lagoon is full of live oysters that add a bit of flavor to guests' evening meal. The private boat dock comes with kayaks and paddle boats that guests are free to use. Guests can relax all day on the private beach or take a leisurely kayak ride around the island, and then grab some fresh live oysters, clams or mussels for dinner, from in the private lagoon and seafood farm—this is truly a seafood lover’s dream. The hosts have spent a lot of time and effort making the property a unique place to live and have decided to make it available for others to enjoy as well. Now guests can enjoy what others only dream of in the separate 1200 sq. ft. living area with its own private entry and covered deck.

Guests should bring their own food to the cabin, as the private island is accessed by a private ferry and is very secluded with no stores or restaurants nearby. The property is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families. If guests have never chucked an oyster or dug for clams the hosts are happy to help and should ask if needed!
