This cottage is a magical little mountain cottage less than a half mile to downtown Mentone. Open-concept living that's newly renovated and ready for your retreat to Mentone! Everything is new but with a feeling of the old mountain cottages of the 1950's. Original ceiling beams, wood walls and floors along with a modern new kitchen, fast WIFI and gorgeous gardens and fountain. Two cozy bedrooms, one Queen & one Full, a Queen sleeper sofa and one bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to prep meals with wall oven & cooktop. Take in the mountain air on the screened porch just off the kitchen. Enjoy the gorgeous gardens, gazebo, and many sitting areas surrounding the property, and hot tub was just added! And for the kiddos, there is a play house in he backyard with two twin beds (this is not included in the occupancy of the cottage).
This host requires all guests to sign a rental agreement, upload a copy of their ID, and to set up a damage deposit directly after booking. The host will reach out via email with this information.
