The primary bedroom boasts a full ensuite bathroom, while another full bathroom awaits you in the hallway, ensuring everyone's convenience and comfort.

Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with new appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator and freezer (equipped with an ice maker), a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove and oven. Everything you need to whip up a feast for your loved ones!

Decked out in Crimson Tide homage, this space is the ultimate hangout spot. It is located in a safe, quiet, family-friendly community in Northport which is a 3 minute drive to downtown Tuscaloosa.

Uber and Lyft and readily available.

✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The host will verify government-issued ID prior to check in.

✷NO FIREWORKS. This is strictly enforced by the host, the community and the township.

✷Any fines incurred from the township will be at the renter's expense.

✷ The home has 2 steps to enter inside, otherwise, the property is one-level.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ Starter Necessities Supplied: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets.

✷ There are cameras outside the property.

✷ Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be applied depending on how long our crew takes to clean.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 11am.
There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past
the 11am check-out time.

✷ If there is evidence of smoking inside the home there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$1000 depending if there’s damage.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDS.
- If pet hair is found on beds or furniture, an excessive cleaning fee will be applied.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Do NOT leave your dog in the home unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Lake Harmony property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied if neighbors or security complain about dogs barking.
