This spacious caravan rental is tucked away in an easily accessible spot on the hosts' 94-acre farm, and provides eight guests with a unique vacation in Tennessee. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a memory foam mattress, while the bunk room has four twin beds. All are appointed with soft bedding and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There is a full bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet, and a half-bathroom for the bunk room.
After a busy day exploring the surrounding area, guests can fuel themselves with a meal prepared in the kitchen, which is well stocked with cooking necessities and tableware. For entertainment, guests can enjoy the variety of board and card games available, as well as books for all ages. There is a TV/DVD combo in the master bedroom, but guests should be aware there is no Wi-Fi in the rental.
Outside, there's a charming wooden deck, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The outdoor dining area has a grill to prepare and enjoy al fresco meals, and there's corn hole for some friendly competition. Nearby there are trails through the meadows and forested areas, where you might catch a glimpse of the white tailed deer or wild turkeys. In the evenings, the fire pit is ideal for making s'mores or just putting your feet up!

The farm was born out of the hosts' desire to raise their three children closer to the earth, teaching them skills that would help them care for the land and provide healthy products for themselves and other families.
