The cabin sits across the street from the lake providing tranquility and serenity surrounded by large trees. For the fishing, kayaking and boating lovers, the closest boat ramp is just 6-8 minutes away and another just a few minutes more. Hiking by the lake is just 2 minutes away and Buck's Pocket and the Lake GuntersvilleState Park are just 10 minutes away is filled with hiking trails, golf, zip lining and so much more.

Because of our huge passion for all pets,we have partnered with 2nd Chance Shelter in Boaz, Alabama to help homeless pets with their medical needs, carewhile at the shelter, and their journey to find their own home. We pledge that we will donate 100% of the "Pet Fee" to 2nd Chance Shelter.

THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY AS A VACATION RENTAL.
