Our cancellation policy is firm but if there are other dates you would like to move a reservation to you can. The fee for this will vary from $150 - $300 depending on the cabin, how close to the check in date your reservation currently is and availability.

Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside.

If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.

If smoking takes place on the property during your stay, we will charge you $250 to deodorize and clean the property.


Suches Vacation Rentals (SVR) has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The guests shall vacate the premises by 11 am on the checkout date.

The guests will only use the cabin in a careful and lawful manner. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The guests agrees that SVR shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if guests cause damage to the premises or its furnishings.

The guests shall have no more than 6 persons on the property unless prior approval has been given.

The guests shall behave in a civilized manner and respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance can result in being asked to leave.. Quiet hour starts at 10 PM.

There shall be no smoking inside the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the home.

The Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the owner and SVR against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.

There shall be no refunds of accommodation charges due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.

Maximum sleeping occupancy is six (6).

No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

When you stay with Suches Vacation Rentals your waiver damage fee, listed as management fee, ensures that you are covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damages.

Guest Access -
Please note: We cannot absolutely honor early check in requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them. Reservations requesting an early check in will not be refunded if we cannot honor the time requested. This is done to benefit the guest so that the property is completely clean and ready at their arrival at 4pm.

Please be aware that you will be recieving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. If you do not see it come through, please let us know as it must be signed. We are happy to answer any questions about its contents.
