The accommodation is built in the adobe style, with cactuses lining the pathways and a large, stone-terrace pool in the backyard. The property backs up to the Santa Cruz River in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains, with the preserved wilderness areas of both Coronado National Forest and Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge located on either side of the bed and breakfast land. There is also a horse ranch situated three miles from the property, where guests can get one-on-one training with an equestrian instructor.
