***This large lot has a private detached guest casita that is being converted into a self standing unit with 2 extra bedrooms, kitchen and living room. ***Pool is heated with a propane heater. Upon request the pool can be heated and guest is liable for the amount of gas used. Cost depends on the time of year, weather, sun and outdoor temps.
