The rental is minutes away from the historic Park Avenue Bridge, which runs over the San Francisco River. Clifton is tucked within the foothills of the Coronado Trail, a designated National Scenic Byway that cuts through most of eastern Arizona. It is 10 minutes away from the town of Morenci and about four hours away from Phoenix. The closest major airport is Grant County Airport in Silver City, New Mexico, which is two hours away from Clifton.

The rental is conveniently located right near the Coronado Trail, a designated National Scenic Byway and one of the most popular scenic drives in the American Southwest. Guests can drive along the Trail and admire the rugged, majestic landscape while taking photos or spotting wildlife such as jackrabbits and mountain goats.

Guests can also spend the day exploring downtown Clifton and nearby Morenci, two historic mining towns, or touring a number of Western ghost towns and other historic sites in the surrounding area. Guests can also take tasting tours at the Coronado Vineyards, an hour and a half away from Clifton.

The rental is nestled on the banks of the San Francisco River, where guests can go kayaking, paddle-boarding, and whitewater rafting. Guests can also take day trips to Coronado National Forest, about two and a half hours away from Clifton, where there are several scenic nature trails perfect for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. Guests can go rock climbing and rappelling by Mount Graham, Arizona's highest mountain, located in Coronado National Forest.
