GLAMPING in a true vintage gem! End of the road privacy & epic views. It sits atop Guardian Ridge surrounded by Beaver Creek & gazes into Montezuma's Castle National Monument. Flo is an updated 1950 Spartan Mansion keeping all her retro charm including her bent birch wood! Culpepper Ranch Road crosses Beaver Creek, the waterway of the Sinagua's whose history lives in the cliff dwellings all along this dirt road. Leave the asphalt world behind and enjoy the quiet of the Ridgetop. Come & breathe!

The space
Up at Guardian Ridge, you will be at one of the highest points in the Verde Valley. Total end of the road privacy and epic views! FLO's charm includes all original Bent birch wood. She feels like “a big hug” when you lay in her beautifully-curved bedroom. Total privacy with your own patio and barbecue, fire pit, a 16'x4' saltwater above-ground pool (open May thru October) and an outdoor solar shower! Animals are allowed everywhere.

For our guests on longer stays there is a washer and dryer available. The arstream is strategically located as base camp (only 1.7 miles off I-17) at the end of a dirt road that follows the ancient path of the Sinagua. Perfect for adventures to Jerome, Prescott, Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon. The Verde Valley is also a hiker’s paradise with 4 perennial creeks feeding the Verde River — Wet Beaver Creek, Clear Creek, Fossil Creek and Oak Creek. Many trails follow along these beautiful riparian areas with flowing water year round. Guardian Ridge's plants and trees have grown over the years since I first planted them and you never know what will be in-season and blooming! We are on a well up at Guardian Ridge and the water is safe and delicious for drinking. Gardening is my passion and I have thrived here for 27 years loving on this piece of land. So come on up if you're so inclined — and have a little kick back here up on Guardian Ridge!

Guest access
The location of your personal key to access FLO will be given to you upon confirmation. It is located at Guardian Ridge Ranch surrounded by Beaver Creek. you will have wonderful views of Sedona to the North and Montezuma's CastleNational Monument to the South.

Other things to note
I suggest you GPS Brocket Ranch Rd to 3770 N Running Deer Dr. Rimrock, AZ for your first time up here. (2.7 miles off main rd.) Also try to arrive during the day. your first time up. This route misses the low water crossing. This way you can decide if you want to take Culpepper Ranch Rd (1.7 miles) out once you are here. Culpepper is much bumpier and you must cross the low water crossing. 2 wheel drives are just fine just take it slow! An AWD or truck is better but not necessary. The low water crossing is not flooded but has a spring that always runs over. I will let you know if major flooding is predicted and advise to take Brocket Ranch Rd.

This area of Arizona is filled with the beautiful views of the Red Rock of Sedona that go on forever.
