This beautiful villa rental in Phoenix, Arizona is perfect for large families and groups, and sleep up to 20 people. This brand new 8,500 square foot villa rental has six bedrooms in total. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom features one queen-size bed and a king-size bed, the third bedroom features a king-size bed, the fourth and fifth bedroom features queen-size beds, and the sixth bedroom features bunk beds. All beds come with high-quality mattresses to ensure guests have the most comfortable sleep. There are also two separate premium queen-size inflatable air mattresses and two huge sleeper sofa's which can easily sleep more. There are six bathrooms in total with a shower and a toilet in all of them. Five of the bathrooms have a bathtub and one bathroom includes a jetted bathtub.

The kitchen comes equipped with a coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, two dishwashers, microwave, a double oven, pantry items, refrigerator, professional eight burner stove, and a toaster. The dining area seats 10 people and there are eight more seats outside. The living area boasts plenty of soft seating and tables. There is a pool table and XBOX One with an assortment of games. There are also numerous board games, poker chips, children's books, and activities for the kids and family. The villa also offers DirecTV with whole home wireless Genie, DVR, and NFL Sunday Ticket. There are 60"LED smart TV's in main rooms, and guest house includes Apple TV, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, and more. Additionally, there are 50" TV's in all Master Suites. Guests can also use the Bluetooth Wireless portable stereos for indoor or outside use. Guests are sure to have an incredible, luxurious, and comfortable vacation in this Villa Rental in Phoenix.

This villa boasts unbelievable views of Camelback Mountain from every room. It is an extremely private, secure, and a completely remodeled home in 2016 with all new furniture and linens. Outside, guests will find an exclusive heated pool for the winter months. (This amazing new dive pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 a day. Please request three days in advance). There is also a lovely deck outside to adore the mountain views, a beautiful garden with palm trees, sun loungers, and a barbecue grill to cook delicious meals on an evening.

Throughout this property, there is wireless 50GB High-Speed Internet. The glamping accommodation is also a smart home with smart locks, thermostats, lighting, and security.
