To keep the home fresh for all guests, indoor cooking is not allowed.

Outdoor cooking only; no stove or hot plate is provided. You are welcome to bring your own gear.

We also provide a propane bbq grill with 1 burner stove for light cooking outside. Pan, basic utensils are provided.

Microwave, mini-fridge, electric kettle are also provided.

The tiny house, concrete patio and deck, hot tub, driveway and designated parking space., outdoor movie equipment upon request. The 40 acres within the property boundaries only.
Other things to note
This is a 100% off-grid property located in a very rural town. Please don’t expect modern day conveniences like a grocery store, ride share services such as Uber/Lyft, and most local businesses are closed by 8pm.

We highly recommend arriving before dark, if possible. There's very little lighting in the area (great for stargazing!) and signs are not that great, which may make navigating at night tricky if you are not familiar with the area.

If you contact us after 10PM, we may or may not be available or we may not answer right away. We might be asleep or in the middle of something. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your patience :)
