This floating houseboat rental is located on the Blackwood River near Augusta in Western Australia, and can accommodate eight guests. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom in the boat. The main cabin bedroom comes with a double bed and the two other bedrooms come with king single bunk beds. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Fresh linen and towels are provided.
The living room is the ideal place to unwind and boasts a double sofa bed and a television. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a stovetop, an oven, and a refrigerator. Outside, there are two decks on the first floor, the front one has an ice box and the second one has a barbecue. The top deck is partly covered and has a picnic table and two lounge chairs.
There is ample parking at the base for cars when residents arrive. The floating property has a motor and is able to drive up and down 28 kilometers of the Blackwood River. There is also a two-way radio and phone reception in case of an emergency. The rentals are also fitted with water, fuel, and solar power, any additional supplies can be brought or purchased at local general stores along the river.
