Each tent is also furnished with a bedside table, a desk, and two armchairs to enjoy some rest and relaxation. Guests will have access to a remodeled bathroom with showers and laundry facilities. Outside, guests will also have be able to access the barbecue area, a fire pit area, and picnic tables during the warmer months.

The nearby Can Do Trail offers an exhilarating hike that is definitely worth it for the extraordinary, panoramic views at the top. The Mesa Verde National Park is also within easy reach and is a haven for the intrepid explorer. The park boasts a fascinating history and is home to a host of archaeological sites, as well as numerous breathtaking trails.
History enthusiasts can head to the Anasazi Heritage Center, which is just around the corner from the property and includes archaeological sites, museums, ruins, and incredible views. For the adrenaline junkies, they can try out whitewater rafting on the Dolores River, along with a myriad of exciting watersports. If guests are seeking a more relaxing experience, they can enjoy a visit to the superb local wineries and breweries, including the Dolores River Brewery and the Guy Drew Vineyards.

Rates are based on four guests and fees apply for additional guests.
Guests are asked to respect the quiet time on the property from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.
It should be noted that campfires are allowed only in the designated areas, and guests should not leave the fire pits while the embers are still lit.
Smoking and drinking are not allowed in the bathrooms, laundry, or office. Cigarette butts, trash, hot grease, or chemicals should not be thrown on the ground. All trash should be tied up and placed in the receptacles. No trash should be left outside.
Guests should respect the speed limit of five miles per hour while on the property.
