This property is located about five kilometers off the west coast of the North Island in New Zealand. The closest town is just an hours drive north to Wellington, New Zealand from where the ferry leaves the main island. This spectacular glamping site resides on a peaceful island all of its own that is 10 kilometers long and two kilometers wide. The island itself is a nature reserve, meaning human influence is kept at a bare minimum, guaranteeing incredible bird and plant diversity throughout the island. The island is also rich with history to explore, due to locals living on the island for over 800 years.

Guests will be awed by this world-renowned bird sanctuary with an abundance of native and endangered species. This glamping site is one of the oldest nature reserves in the world. There is a marine reserve on either side of the island to further protect this incredible part of the world.
