This glamping site is located in Kaiteriteri in the Tasman Region of New Zealand's South Island. The region boasts sublime wilderness and is located within close proximity to the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. To the west is the Kahurangi National Park, to the southeast is the Mount Richmond Forest Park and the towns of Nelson and Blenheim. The nearest airport is Nelson Airport, located about 50 mins drive away.

The property is perfectly situated so that guests can take advantage of the surrounding natural environment being only minutes to beautiful golden-sanded Kaiteriteri Beach, where kayak companies and water taxis can take you into the Abel Tasman National Park. The National Park has a long coastal path named the Abel Tasman Coastal Track. It is known for its large golden beaches and majestic granite cliffs. Ocean activities include sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding. There are also several seasonal local events, including Tasman's Great Taste Cycle Trail in Nelson. The trail offers panoramic coastal and mountain views over the surrounding area and allows cyclists many stops at local eateries. The event caters to all abilities; the full trail is 175km, but visitors can choose their own route. Visitors can enjoy the local rivers, which are excellent for swimming and also take advantage of the local hiking trails. The Nelson Arts Festival takes place every October and features contemporary dance, comedy, and art exhibitions.
