This tiny home rental, tucked away in the woods and mountains near Big Indian, sleeps two guests comfortably, making it ideal for a romantic getaway in New York State. Inside is a queen-size mattress, guests will have to provide their own bedding and linens. A short distance away is the public outdoor bathroom with a solar shower and compost toilet.
The cabin is off-grid, but a heater and generator are provided for guests' comfort. Five gallons of water are provided, after this guests will have to replenish it themselves. The rustic wooden interior provides a warm and inviting space to chill out together after a busy day hiking through the woods, and there is a stove, a toaster oven, and a coffeemaker for food and drink preparation.
Outside, guests can also get food going on the BBQ grill, and enjoy some al fresco dining at the table and chairs under the collapsible gazebo. There's a hammock for a lazy afternoon siesta, and in the evenings, you can light up the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing together.

Runs with a generator. BBQ works with propane. Tiki lights are on premises. Please bring the oil for the tiki.
There is a portable toilet for your convenience.
The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days. The shower features a strong handle for reliable hanging and carrying as well as a handy on/off shower head valve to conserve water.
Simply fill the reservoir with water, leave it in the sun for a while to warm up, hang the bag then enjoy!
It ill be great if you have a chance to take a look at the YouTube videos on how to use a RV generator.Generators will be filled with gasoline for about 10 hours use. There is a gas station down the road, it closes at 2 p.m. Gasoline not included.
At the gas station called Belleayre shop/ grocery, They sell sandwiches, Nathans franks, pizza, wine and liquors and basic necessities. There is Wi-Fi, and restrooms. They close at 2 p.m. daily.
Trash must be kept in the car, specially after cooking. There is a trash can in the property. Trash must be packed with you after departure.
