This unique lodge accommodation is nestled amongst twelve private acres in the Utah Mountains, near Heber City, and can accommodate up to 50 guests.

There are 13 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa futon. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa futon with attached bathroom with a lock to create a suite, or it can be shared. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fifth bedroom has four twin and single beds, as well as two twin bunk beds. The large bunk room has six queen-size beds, and three built-in bunk beds with six queen mattresses. Four additional bedrooms each have a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa futon in each room. There is another private bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as an additional bedroom with a king-size bed. Another bunk room has four queen-size beds, and two bunk beds with queen mattresses. There are also six portable cribs available for tiny glampers.

In the first and second bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub. There are four half bathrooms each with a toilet, and a sink. Each of the ten remaining bathrooms has a full suite, with either a combination bathtub, a shower, or a jetted tub. A few of the bathrooms also have a wand sprayer in the tub. Linens, liquid soap, and bath towels are all provided.

In the living areas, guests will find many places to relax, there are grand furnishings with leather sofas, reclining chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace.
