Located in a highly secluded location in southern Alaska, this glamping property is 100 miles from the paved road system and uses the community of Chitina as its hub. Chitina is a community located along the Copper River and known for the discover of copper ore in the area in the Chitina River Valley.

This luxury camping site begins their season in March and April, due to the excellent spring skiing, though the best time to visit in general is in between June and September, given the amount of daylight received in this time frame. June gives glampers almost 24 hours of daylight, while September is the perfect time to visit and see the Northern Lights. For avid skiers and snowboarders, however, April and May are the best months.

The main activity at this glamping site for guests to enjoy is plane-assisted skiing. There are four mountain ranges that converge in this area of Alaska, which totals 13 million acres of primer skiing and snowboarding conditions.

The hosts have five personal charter planes and come from a family of licensed pilots and aviation aficionados, as well as being so themselves. With these planes, they not only offer the aforementioned plane-assisted skiing packages, but also other types of special charter trips, anywhere from Siberia to the Yukon, per guests' requests. Past trips have included following the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race mushers by air from Anchorage to Nome, a "Best of Alaska" tour, a midnight sun parade in Nome, and private climbing charters.
