This rustic cabin rental is located in Kachemak Bay State Park in Alaska and can accommodate up to four guests. The cabin sits at a high elevation, offering a birds-eye view of the cove and making it an ideal sunset spot. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. In each bedroom, guests can choose if they would like to have one king-size bed or two twin-size beds. Linens, towels, toiletries, robes, and slippers are provided.

In the shared lodge, glampers will find everything else they could possibly need and more. The entrance features cathedral ceilings, stunning wood paneling, and an indoor babbling creek with charming stonework. The spacious lounge offers a plethora of leather sofas surrounding a stone fireplace, creating the perfect place for guests to relax together after a long day spent exploring the wilderness. In the dining room, floor-to-ceiling windows boast magnificent views of the forested landscape. Other amenities include heat and Wi-Fi.

The cabin has a private balcony with seating. After taking a few steps further, glampers will enjoy strolling through the well-manicured gardens and footpaths on the grounds. The shared lodge also has an additional outdoor space with a patio, a fire pit, a hot tub, and an infrared sauna.

Halibut Cove is located in Kachemak Bay State Park, which was Alaska's first state park and boasts 400,000 spectacular acres. The accommodation is surrounded by water and is accessible by boat, floatplane, or helicopter. Glampers will discover peace and tranquility amongst the raw natural surroundings of snowcapped mountains, glaciers, forest trees, hiking trails, and stretches of beachfront land. The old fishing village is in Kenai Peninsula Borough and has a population of only 76. The area is quiet, scenic, and truly serene. The cove is known for its rich cultures of history, art, music, and environmental stewardship.

To arrive at the property, guests may need to take a ride in a floatplane or a helicopter, which is a thrilling experience in itself! Once they have landed, they can head off to the surrounding trails for a scenic hike or bike ride. Fat bikes can be ridden on the beach as well, where water-lovers might also go kayaking, paddleboarding, or tidepooling. Those who love to fish have two options. They can jump on a boat and search the ocean for salmon, halibut, rockfish, and cod, or they can try river-fishing for rainbows, char, dolly varden, and salmon. Wildlife viewing is popular as well, with brown bears, whales, bald eagles, and puffins right in the neighborhood.
